About Propology
Propology Digital helps estate agents who care about customer service, engage with their clients and win new business.
Propology Digital was founded in 2017 after it had become clear the property industry was changing.
The way home movers were engaging with estate agents had changed and the online estate agents with clever marketing were starting to win business away from the traditional estate agents.
How do we help?
Propology offer two main services to help estate agents with their digital marketing:
Our email marketing software is based on a leading marketing automation platform and gives you the most powerful email software you could need. Partnering with a leading marketing platform allows us to give you the best property based support, combined with the power of a global providers infrastructure and resources.
Our second service is our marketing technical implementation and advice service. We work with a number of leading estate agents in the UK to help them implement and manage their marketing, from advice on strategy to advanced technical support.

Our story
Propology was founded by Tom Leach. Former technical director and co-founder of Jupix Property Software. Jupix was one of the first cloud software providers in the property industry and was built up from nothing to serving thousands of estate and letting agents across the country.
With over 12 years experience in delivering software, Tom has taken the same values of putting the customer first and creating a product that actually delivers into his new venture. We hope you decide to join us.
